Is there an addon that makes nameplate healthbars go down one way?

Im like 90% sure i saw a video of this but I cant remember it. Does an addon like this exist?

thermatico✭✭✭✭I think UI addons like Bandits and/or LUI have this option. Instead of health depleting from outward in you can choose to have you health bar from right to left/left to right/etc.5
