How do I morph skeletal mage into skeletal archer?

I looked it up and it says it needs graveyard rank IV but I see nothing that says Graveyard anywhere =(

To morph it you just need to slot it and level it up like any other skill. Make sure you have the bar that it's slotted on active when you do stuff like turning in quests, so it'll level up quicker.

It's slotted on my secondary bar and is at rank IV, still no morph option

If your skill is not on the bar that does the killing blow, it does not get exp. Rank IV still need the bar filled and skill point.
