Not able to upgrade to Elsweyr?

Helo,

PS Store (Portugal, EU) doesn't allow me to upgrade my game to Elsweyr using console PS Store... it says "not possible at this moment".

Help?

Any workaround available?

Try waiting for one to two hours before attempting the purchase again. If this error continues, you can contact Playstation Support for further help.
