You know you CAN pick up the quest and then just not take the followup quest for the rest of the story. It shuts her up and clears your quest log!

Steve - I tried that. The followup quest never cleared from my quest log. It sat there forever. I hate stuff that sits there forever... So it's either have Stuga hounding me, or the followup quest sitting in my log? Gah. Seriously. If I don't take her quest in three tries, it needs to never pop again. I'd run every character there for those three times, just to not have to ever deal with it.
I don't like Orcs, I have no use for Orsinium, and some dumb Orc who spends all his time saying "I love being King" but doing NOTHING to keep his crown.... well.... nope. Not going there. Not to mention the WAY overdone "betrayal" crap....
No you have to quit the dialog before it's added there's a point where you've finished Stuga's quest before she starts talking about the next quest. You just say goodbye and walk away to pick it up later or not at all. As for it being in your quest journal just abandon it and you can pick it up later if you change your mind. It's not the least bit finicky. She asks you something that when you answer, you get credit for the Stuga quest. This is immediately followed by another question which will start the next quest. Just don't answer the question. Click Goodbye and Walk away.@ֆȶɛʋɛƈǟʍքֆօʊȶ⍟

I don't want to take the quest from her. That requires that I go mess around in Orsinium on every character - none of whom I want to do the quest line there. I don't like orcs, and I don't like the whole quest line after messing with it on one orc (deleted her....)
