Hello Support,

i got a Charrecovery yesterday.
Since then im not able to log into any of my Chars on Xbox EU. On NA i can log into every Char.
Opened a Ticket with the Nr.
190530-001728.

    Welcome to the ever growing Xbox no loggers club! My EU account has been stuck since Wrathstone arrived so over two and a half months now, meaning this isn't any serious or urgent issue at all. What will happen next is that you get the basic troubleshooting list and if that won't help, then your issue will be forwarded to the specialized team and it will be a long and patient road of investigation for your account. You're actually helping our cause by joining our ranks, the only way to get some serious attention for this is to get more players having this same problem.

    I started playing on NA server mostly pvp, now I'm just hoping this account won't get stuck also.
