(Character Builds)
Character builds come in many forms of classifications from melee specialists to magic and even the divine. These classifications help players to discern what they want to play based on these options in the build from fighters to bards and magic users. Classifications can be any role but tend to fall into an order of type from tank, healer or damage. So some of these character builds will be masters at one role such as tank primary or a damage role and then be able to do the others if needed.
Classifications
Fighter: Fighters are martial warriors trained in art of combat using mainly martial combat but it does not stop them from using magic if the need arises. Fighters tend to use any armor and are trained in any weapon. These types of characters specialize in the role of damage, tanks and healer.
Knight: Knights are mostly front line warriors trained in heavy armor and martial combat to fight in the midst of chaos in battle. Many are train in martial and magic so they can be spell swords, blades and even battle masters. These types of characters specialize in the role of damage, tank and healer.
Paladin: Paladins are divine warriors that focus in both martial and magic and with that they can be more supportive in there groups so they can call on there divine powers for aid or destruction. Paladins wear heavy armor and are trained in defensive combat more then offensive but they can go that route if needed. These types of characters specialize in the role of tank, healer and damage.
Barbarian: Barbarians are warriors that call on the rage of beasts or even divine powers to be powerful warriors or even use mystical powers. Barbarians tend to stick to medium armors for better mobility in combat and melee weapons to stay in the Frey of battle they also use magic to call upon there rage to aid them in combat. These types of characters specialize in the role of damage, tank and healer.
Magic User: Magic Users come in all types of magical forms from battle mages to wizards and mages some are even martial trained so they can use both sword and sorcery to fight against there enemy's with. Magic Users tend to stick to light armors but some do train in other armors to play more effectively into more martial or heavy armor combat specialists. These types of characters specialize in the role of damage, tank and healer.
Warlock: Warlocks are wielders of a strange magic much like divine users they call on the powers of an outside source like a deadra or other worldly entity to even natural entity's like elemental's. Warlocks use there powers to defile and disrupt there enemy's in combat also using melee and magic sometimes. They prefer to be called cultist or witches and warlocks. These types of characters specialize in the role of damage, healer and tank.
Cleric: Clerics are priests trained in the art of martial and divine combat. They tend to use heavy armors and martial blunt weapons to bring there divine power to aid there allies in battle. Clerics are much like Paladins but lack the training in martial combat and focus more on divine support and damage. These types of characters specialize in the role of healer, tank and damage.
Priest: Priests are users of divine powers gifted to them through a Aedra, Deadra, god or even demi god type to heal the sick or cure them of illness. In combat most priests stay to the back to offer support and aid to there allies with healing and protective magic and sometimes they can bring divine powers to destroy as well. Most priest wear light armors and use staff weapons and can be called acolytes, monks and even bishops. These types of characters specialize in the role of healer, damage and tank.
Shaman: Shamans are much like clerics they focus on using there powers gifted to them by the spirits of aniamls and some even darker and divine magic to bring support to there allies. They tend to wear medium armor and use blunt martial weapons and sometime staves to aid there allies in combat. Shamans focus on powers to aid there allies and also use the magics to harm enemy's. These types of characters specialize in the role of damage, healer and tank.
Druid: Druids are nature divine beings they are connected to the land through a entity of nature ether that of an animal or element or even a dragon spirit. Druids tend to wear light armor made from hides or leathers and use bows and melee and even staves to help aid there allies. Druids use the elements of nature to heal and support there allies in combat but can also call upon the destructive forces as well. These types of characters specialize in the role of healer, damage and tank.
Ranger: Rangers are guardians of the outskirts of civilization. These hunter warriors of nature use there ability's to hunt creatures and tend to use melee and ranged combat along with magic to aid and support. These masters of the hunt are known to be archers, trackers, hunters and slayers of man and beast. These types of characters specialize in damage, tank and healer.
Rogue: Rogues are masters of the art of stealth and close combat. Rogues are also trained in the art of thievery assassination and stealth. Sometimes hired to be agents and spy's for different factions or groups many rogues tend to use a but of melee and magic while wearing medium armor and using small blades. These types of characters specialize in the role of damage, healer, tank.
Bard: Bards are a most interesting type they tend to not specialize in any role but are jacks of all trades and masters of none. Most bards tend to use a mix of magic and martial training and wear medium armor use dual wield and bow and on some occasions even staves. Many bards are lore masters, adventurers and even skilled warriors. Many are know to be swordsingers, blade dancers and even spellblades. These characters types specialize in no role really but can play all 3 effectively if needed.
