Introduce faction locks for less popular campaigns. Remove faction locks for more popular campaigns.
This would help determine if faction-loyalist population or faction-casual population is higher. Right now, no matter what, 30 day campaigns will be home for majority due to transmutation gems reward and less leaderboard hassle.
