I am currently on chapter 6 of the main storyline quests, but psn reports the hidden trophies

I am currently on chapter 6 of the main storyline quests, but psn reports the hidden trophies which are simply completing the chapters wasn't done, how did I go through them completely, but not recorded by the psn system? Did the system fail or have I missed completing something while doing those chapters? Please help and thank you.

Probably cannot go back and complete then on the same character, but I would love to, on the same character, I suppose contacting support is very difficult.

Which achievement or trophy is currently not showing up as completed?

You may need to power-cycle your console if the achievements are not updating correctly on your console.

Main questline, chapters 2.5, 3 and 3.5 aren't showing up. What are the power cycle procedures?
