Linchal Grand Manor crash

This has been an ongoing bug for close to a year now and it's getting worse. If a character is logged out at this house, that character cannot be loaded. I'm now on my 20th attempt to log in. Considering the price of this house, it is appalling how this has not been rectified. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes! I’m having the exact same issue now. I can not login one of my toons currently at this residence. I have tried countless times but keep crashing. @ZOS_GinaBruno Please help get my character unstuck!

You will need to contact customer support for help getting your character moved so they can load back into the game.
