Keep getting booted from server

I can’t parse for more than an hour without getting booted from the server. Then it takes 10-15 minutes before I can get back on. Why? This is new since update. Also, I’d say about 75% of the time, when logging on, I have to restart (infinite load screen), and then it gives me another error about already being logged in. Then have to restart again. Totally frustrating and all since Wrathstone. (On xbox NA)
