Can't see blue glow when people wear Imperial Physique in IC.

Works fine when I equip it myself. But I ran into quite a number of players that had 30k+ hp on no cp. Now it is possible they were all just wearing high hp gear, but I doubt it. Haven't seen a single player that did have the glow.

Harrdarrzarr✭✭✭Doesn't that blue glow come from people carrying A LOT of telvar stones? I don't think that set has anything to do witht the blue glow.0

glavius✭✭✭✭✭blue glow comes from carrying the set+10k tel vars.however the set 5 piece doesn't really work if you don't.0
