PC/NA - Looking for Semi casual Guild with Late Night or Oceanic presence

Hey Guys I've been playing ESO off and on since launch. The game seems to keep getting better and better as such I'm looking for a new home. I looking for something casual or semi casual or even a social guild. I''m not looking to get in to anything hardcore atm. I have in the past been in some hardcore guild in ESO as well as other games and that not what my life current permits.
I typically prefer pve content dungeons, exploration, and crafting. I'm not opposed to helping other lower level characters. My main two characters are a Sorc and Templar both who are speced for tanking. I'm currently working on leveling a few alts as well. In most cases I prefer tanking but do enjoy healing and dpsing as well.
Due to My schedule I'm only able to play after 11:00PM EST during the week and with a bit flexibility during the weekends. As such I'm looking for guild with significant late night presence or a AUS/Oceanic guild.
