LuiExtended colored target bars (green, blue, red) EDIT: nevermind it's not LuiExtended

It reset today and now I can't find the option. I see the option to change the color of the target's name but I want to change the HP bar not the name. Friendly targets have a green bar, alliance in Cyrodiil have a blue bar, enemies have red.
Too many options and I've been going through them for twenty minutes now.
EDIT: nevermind it's not LuiExtended it's Azurah. I enabled out of date addons and it's back to colored HP bars.
