I could not find a clear answer on whether or not all crafting dailies are worth it, so I collected data from 100 quests.
I've made assumptions for the stats below. Basically, they are for the scenario where your characters are level 50 and level 50 in their crafts, but they haven't learned any of the fancy Traits or Styles.
Net average income from a daily crafting quest:
- Blacksmith 2857g
- Clothier 2690g
- Woodwork 1386g
Net average income if you don't sell the Master Writs or legendary mats:
- Blacksmith 791g
- Clothier 751g
- Woodwork 212g
Some observations:
- Provisioning, Alchemy and Enchanting are obviously worth it so I didn't gather data on them. Their mechanics are more favourable compared to the other crafts.
- Woodwork is worth so much less because the Rosin and Master Writs rewards are far less valuable than the other crafts' equivalents, plus its Materials (the cost of making the quest items) are consistently high.
- The actual gold you directly receive for a quest scales with character level (like quests do). 306g for a level 12 character, 670g for a lvl 50 character.
- The drop rate for legendary materials is high. That's where the gold is.
- It's up to you if you think these amounts of gold make the quests worth your time - maybe you just like doing them?
The raw data, assumptions and calculations are in this spreadsheet:

I hope this helps you. Maybe you already know it - I've been away from ESO a good while.
