Guild chats havent worked since last week

I cant join any chats and group chat doesn't show when I join a group. Going on a week now. Tried everything from deleting saved data, restarting game, etc. Anyone have this issue. I know it's happened in past and just had to restart game but that doesn't work anymore

    Anyone have insight to this? Zos official response after multiple automated emails was its a known issue they are working on

    Any ETA? It's making the game unplayable as all I do is group things and psn chat can only support 8

    Try a firewall/router reboot (Power cycle it)

    I have a couple friends on PS4NA who lost the ability to voice chat after all the glitches and failures during Midyear Mahem. Some were able to recover with a router restart. Worth a shot, since ZOS clearly doesn't feel any urge to apologize to you or offer a timeframe for resolution.

    Ok I will try that. I did open ports on my router and that didnt work

    Me and about 300 players of my guild having that problem for almost 2 werks alrradt

    Disabling IPv6 in my router solved this issue.

    This bug is just pissing me off I've been dealing with it on and off for years now it's just gotten worse.

    Did you try switching to a different dns server? Use some like google dns. Set primary dns to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4
