Default User Frames

I am using LUI Extended and using the Default User Frames. I have turned off the numbers under the Combat Menu. I am using the LUI Extended numbers. The ESO generated number still show up from time to time.
My Question is: Besides LUI is there any other addon that uses the numbers?
