Please move Farm Tower at Aleswell!

It is a bit ridiculous how siege placed on top of the tower at Fort Aleswell Farm can reach not only the Fort's wall ramparts but even the tower battlements, while nothing placed anywhere at the Fort can reach that top of that farm tower. It makes a siege on Aleswell from the East really hard to defend against and is a constant disadvantage for DC defending one of their home forts.

If you get any spare time in the next couple of decades, would you mind too terribly moving the tower a bit further away from the Fort's walls? Thank you. :)

Why? Do you really want everything in Cyrodiil to be exactly the same all the time everywhere you go? I mean think about it, this creates one semi unique siege situation where if the defenders want to stop the siege they are forced to push out and actually fight. In fact it would be great if there were more scenarios like this that would provide a change from one team sieges from the ground while the other team snipes them from the walls.

When I was really new to PvP, accusing people of hacking, and getting mad every time I lost a 1v1 because I didn't understand how anything worked, I was vocal in getting the grates above outposts fixed so that you could no longer fall through them. I got so annoyed every time I died like this. It makes no sense! I would say. Fast forward to now and I REALLY REALLY wish I hadn't. Why? Because PvP is so monotonous and little quirks like that leave something for you to engage with, think about, be aware of and hilariously knock people through. My point is, try to not get frustrated with the harmless little quirks that still exist in PvP. This is not some ridiculously OP set, it's just one minor advantage at one keep. ZOS should honestly have designed more such situations into many more keeps.

Also every faction has one of these. EP has Chal north wall, AD has Alessia farm.

Only potatoes siege Aleswell from the farm, the North wall is much better.

I can appreciate what you're trying to say. I suppose it bothers me mostly because it makes no sense. No self respecting castellan would have a tower built near a castle where you can siege the castle from without it being able to hit back.

Can’t argue with that lol. But in order to keep a video game fun it can’t run by irl logic, the same way it makes no sense that people would fall through grates but I now realize why everyone enjoyed it so much.

There are many places like this -

DC - Rayles east and northeast, Aleswell north, Warden west from the mine hill, Dragoncrest from the west from the lumber mill tower, Bleakers from the east and north

EP - KC from the north and west, Chal from the north and from the mine tower, Arrius from the rock to the NE

AD - Alessia from the south, Faregyl from the south and from the lumber mill tower, Bloodmayne from the west from the mine hill

I'm sure there are a few I've missed as well.

Zos intentionally designed varied terrain throughout Cyrodiil. That is why each keep is so different and offers differing challenges to both take them and defend them. Of course we all know where the inspiration came from.

I believe BRK mine is another one. Can't remember if you can hit the tower with trebs from BRK or not

The way to combat this is to be smarter OP. I agree it should be moved, but until then, 2 ballistsas can be put on the keep tower closest to that resource. You can take down the tower from there. Just have to have some healing support as the opposing force will try to fire down on that position. Way too many times I've seen ppl place anti personel siege on those spots and the farm tower siege just wrecks the wall.

Granted cyrodiil has a lot of strategically questionable keep placements - having fortified defenses in a place that makes it easier for an opposing force to attack you is just downright stupid and should be revisited.
