[Way Too High Scroll Value] X [Pop Advantage] Determines Otherwise Close Campaign Again

ZOS, what was your thinking when it came to increasing a Scroll's value so much? It is so typical of your wild pendulum design changes as opposed to a reasonable rough/fine/polish approach. A Scroll needs to be more than a Keep and its Resources but shouldn't be worth many Keeps/Resources because it multiplies a faction's population advantage rather than dampens it (as handicapping does). Why? Because:

1. If faction populations (that actually PvP) are about the same on average and assuming the same organization and skill, then each faction will have other Scrolls about as often and the Scroll points will average out (the higher their value though the less likely they will average out).
2. However, if any faction has a population advantage more often than other factions, then they will have more Scrolls AND more often, thereby gaining a ton of points just by having that advantage for even a short period of time.
3. As a result, those close scores and competitive fights when factions are about even are completely overwhelmed by the Scroll points obtained during a population advantage.

ZOS needs to ask themselves why the Scrolls were increased so, so much from the original design. I suggest Scrolls be reduced to 6-10 points so they are still worth more than a Keep and its Resources but not Campaign deciding because of a population advantage.

ZOS has offered little to no incentive to play on an underpopulated, losing faction. That's why PVP is ultimately dying. The raidstompers come in, destroy the map and everyone on it, and the farmed log off because there is literally nothing to do other than blow pots and die.

Planetside used to have a natural balancing act with it's population. If you played an underpopulated faction, you got bonuses to damage, health, speed and a few other things I couldn't remember, and it scaled directly against the most populated faction. Whilst this didn't make you some unkillable god, it did give you a realistic fighting advantage that allowed you to be more effective vs. players whom outnumber you.

IDK what ZOS is waiting for. I'm simply not going to PVP when it's 10 pugs vs. a ball group of 20.

Been an issue in every pvp based MMO not just ESO. People will always bandwagon to the winning team. Even with incentives.
