Just got to CP 160 looking for a traders guild

I just started playing last month and I really want to learn the basics of farming things to sell for gold now that I hit the equipment cap. I wanna make gold to swag out my homestead.
Also looking for a guild with skyshard runs that aren’t Monday or Wednesday.
All help appreciated.
I have a CP160 magblade
Lvl3 stamden

Only really use the magblade and the others I just go on to train my riding skill.
