Race Against time Isnt the Standard 4 Seconds Speed Buff

Race against time still applys 3 seconds, instead of the standardized 4 that was the goal of the speed buffs/nerfs. is there any chance this skill will be increased to 4 seconds?

Should be 8s... all expedition buffs should be “at least” 8s with variance between skills depending on the needs of the class (ie lightning form / falcons swiftness should be even longer)... I agree, 3s is much too short... but 4s is not much better
