There are so few things in this game that add to something that isn't combat. Those have been progressively removed over time, and it makes me sad. I wish there was an item set or something that added pickpocket chance and brought the old prosperous trait back in some way.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Of course, resourceful is best for sure, nothing in the game gives comparable feeling of power.
I grind money on crafting writs and then my argonian dk drinks potions each 20 seconds with infused jewelry, it's like I have 6th skill slot with buff, it allows me to completely ditch any passive recovery and invest all in damage or survival, depending on role I play today.0 -

wolf486✭✭✭✭Idk the names of them but the one that makes Orc run faster (didn't realize the difference until the New Life event and my Orcs were blasting by other people).
And faster swimming for the Argonians. Probably this one more so. If they opened up all racial passives, this is the one I'd get for every character I have.PC/NAMoved onto BDO and GW2 Skyrim, ATS/ETS2, ACNH and the overall goodness of single player games

✭✭✭✭✭I like the unique racial passives like the Argonian swim speed, the Khajiit pick pocket bonus, Bosmer fall damage, Orc movement passive, etc.
As for the more useful passives, I think the Argonian Pot passive is a good one where it looks strong in some situations (looks stronger than it actually is quite often lol) but then is also hardly noticable in other situations. I'm hoping when they rebalance passives next year they don't just nerf that passive, but come up with other interesting unique bonuses for the races.-- @xaraan --

Ruckly✭✭✭✭Breton passives. Orc passives in particular run speed since it makes a medium armor scrapper possible. Bosmer stamina regen. Argonian passives in particular the potion one. Those are the four races I play on my highest level toon in each class. If I had an Imperial I would say the health and stamina passives.
IMO they all have good passives. The only question mark is the lack of tanking races for AD and how much of an impact the Nord damage reduction has relative to effective max health and effective health regen. I don't play a Nord so I don't know how balanced it is in pvp.0
