I'm certain the EP emp appreciates your efforts on his behalf tonight.

Edit: This thread was posted because I was frustrated and lost my composure and perspective.

There's no organized DC group when Allegiance does their usual nightcap. It is what it is. I tried to pug-wrangle a bit but the max group I got was 8, which was definitely never enough against their usual 12+ group and the rest of the 3 bars of EP against 2 of DC and AD.

The only answer to this daily crap is to camp tf out of EP in the day, but AD doesn't always follow along. I don't necessarily blame them, as our own zerg has a tendency to double dip and take one EP and one AD scroll by following the path of least resistance.

This was during prime time Eastern time. EP should have been easily deposed multiple times. My guess is that the DC on thought the scoreboard was favorable for them, so they pvdoored the west of the map instead of committing to the depose.

This game has so many players hanging by a thread, these lame antics are basically a nail in the coffin. And yeah, Allegiance is pretty much single handedly ruining overnight PVP on Vivec.

Please dont go throwing stones regarding DC's lame antics, AD is hardly any better, they had plenty of time to depose but chose to hit DC back keeps instead. Surely AD could organize one of its famous faction stacks to sort emp out....but no.

Granted alot of people are hanging on by a thread in the pvp in this game.

I kind of regret posting this. I've been extremely frustrated with the game recently and lost my composure.

I was honestly shocked that DC didn't push harder at BRK when AD was stacked there. It looked like it was going to be a routine depose. Especially during the first push early in the evening. There seemed to be DC raids there in stealth, but they chose not to siege the other side of the last emp keep as is normal.

I presume they chose to do this because the scoreboard favored them, but it sets a bad precedent.

Idk if it was the same time but AD stupidly took Ash instead of helping with EP, obviously that didn’t go over well

That only makes EP annoyed at DC and more likely to push them during prime.

I was on DC last night. I couldn't get anywhere near BRK without crashing and having to relog several times.

A few DC took Nikel and were brawling Roe Farm <-> Nikel but it wasn't a push. Most of DC did want to help the dethrone. DC cut off transit and occupied a large number of EP at Arrius. AD chose to attack DC at Arrius instead and the urge to de-emp dropped off and the brawl at Nikel got bigger. When Omni started hitting Rayles and Glade and then AD brought a faction stack to Ash, DC was too busy to come mess at BRK.

Frankly, Omni pushed DC backfield and helped take Ash out of spite due to DCs repeated and complete failure to push red for the dethrone, or at all, and insistence on battering south.

Judging from DC zone chat, everyone assumed if they went to BRK, AD would attack DC instead. When that's exactly what happened at Arrius, there just wasn't enough faith to temporary green team. Of course Arrius had a yellow scroll so it isn't like AD didn't have a strong reason to be there.

The Ash defense I was at, Omni arrived first, the other AD arrived later, and DC won. So maybe a different timeframe.

The intention was to dethrone, EP were just too good. We (DC) tried to break up EP by going to Arrius. After repeated fails at BRK, some organised DC guilds went to attack AD, which I agree, is smh moment.

Don't be frustrated at the people in the game, be frustrated at the game Zyk, you're a good dude, my advice would be to slowly let go of this game and treat it as casually as possible, because that's what the devs do. I know that sounds ironic from a historical rager like me, but I'm chilling, I'm finding peace with this game, and slowly letting it go.

It was impossible to get anywhere near BRK to do the dethrone. After the 5th crash, I call it a night, too frustrated with the poor game performance. We barely have 12 players most nights, and so even if we could get near the keep, the 80+ zergblob would win only by sheer numbers as gods know that they skilled enough to run in a reasonable size group.

How you're supposed to dethrone when half your group crashes when they approach the contested keep?

I wasn't there, so don't know what happened, but I have been 'there' in the past several times and it's always the same since at least a year ago... It's a cluster-fest and most random groups and otherwise organized groups avoid those kind of situations like a plague lately :(

I wish the game would work as intended and advertised, though... as it used to work in the past, at least. As, those are the situations (defense and dethrones) where I used to enjoy the most in PvP, but now they just are relegated to old memories, probably never coming back again.

    Yeah it’s done.

And it’s done because of the crashes.

Try Rinaldo's lag adjustments before quitting. I may have lag in primetime, but I stopped crashing at keep fights.

Also DC might work better if they get ridof their "if you play anything but DC you are dead to me" players. I just had one yell at me for refusing to let him sneak up a kill while on my duel with Akinos near empty town near Ales farm.

Hmm I keep getting more and more casual to where I can admit not even knowing if there is an EMP or not. I just look for cross swords. Maybe I should at least look for the PUG wranglers and maybe they'd include me in something that matters, but it usually amounts to the back and forth between Bleakers and Chal or Ash and Nickel. Now with destructible gates where people cant even push. They just stay there trading treb shots over the crumbled walls.

Honestly; after seeing the destructible gates, I feel it should have been the opposite. Rather than make them unpassable; should make destroying them open a wider passage so flow can actually happen.
