Clockwork City Celebration Festival Guide

Hey everyone, with the Clockwork City Celebration Festival set to begin in a few hours I thought I would write up a guide on the event as there might be a bunch of questions on how to unlock the dailies and how to get your second Indrik Feather.
The event will run from Nov 15 10 AM EST to Nov 26 10 AM EST, with the free ESO Plus trial running from Nov 15 to Nov 21 so those without ESO Plus have just enough time to acquire the second feather without having to purchase the Clockwork DLC while those already have ESO Plus can spend extra days to save up for the third feather.
