Unable to load game from launcher

As of yesterday I have been unable to load the "The Elder Scrolls Online" game from the launcher, but I can load "The Elder Scrolls Online (PTS)" game. I found that by selecting Game Options and then Repair the game launched after being clicked. It takes ~15m for the repair and I don't want to have to do this every time I load the game. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix this permanently?

It seems to be a common problem with the ESO launcher, same crap is happening to me.

I don't know a fix but you can reduce the pain by starting the game without going through the annoying launcher. Use windows explorer to open c:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client then open eso64.exe to launch the game without using the annoying launcher.

You still need to reinstall the launcher or repair it on every update, but at least you can instantly launch the game when the game doesn't need any updates.

Thanks for responding. This works... sometimes. I still am having trouble logging in and am getting error messages now when repairing the game in the launcher. ZOS, any support would be gratefully received.
