Do I need to uninstall reinstall? If so, which files should I copy first to save settings? If not, what's the fix?
Other games and programs are working properly. Only ESO stopped functioning, as best I can tell.
I had been playing and logged out - [esc] select [quit]
Then working on a Chrome Google Sheet tracking sets I wanted to log back in for a minute to look at which enchant I had on an item. I got this message.

Slatra✭✭Fixed.
"VCRUNTIME140.dll not found" was accompanying this.
I fixed it for myself by going into control panel / programs and running repair on "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015"
Just FYI for anybody else having this issue.1
