Convincing pain and the rack

I am wondering if anyone has figured out how to associate a victim to the Torture Rack in a realistic way - seems a pity to have them unocupied.
Like if you put the smuggler just right in the Guillotine, he looks realistic until you realise there is a plank of wood impailing him, but thats hard to see, his head just sticks out the right hole nicely:-) Stockade seems too big to put someone in, gibbits are easy, just add soul shriven, but the rack just looks empty as it is.
