AUI Unit Frames

Can anybody help me figure out how to move or get red of this RED bar on the top of the screen. It seems to be the "default" unit frame in AUI. I can't move it though even with the Frame Mover unlocked. I can't get it to not overlap the text. Then when I'm in a fight it just bounces up and down about an inch or two the entire fight.
