BG server performance worse than ever? (EU)

Anyone experiencing the same?
Level 50 No-CP BGs in particular seem to be incredibly laggy. It’s often multiple seconds after an ability lands before you see the animation. Or your character will stop walking, resource bars drop to zero and 2 seconds later you see two enemies appear on screen and about 6 animations happen in the space of a split second and you’re dead.
I don’t know how the servers work but seems a lesser problem in pre-50 BGs. Still a bit laggy ofc but noticeably better.
