Permanent load screens trying to enter home

I'm encountering multiple permanent load screens when I try to transport to my home in Strident Springs. I have to close the game and restart. I'm on an unmodified PS4 with a direct connection to the internet. NA server.

And the issue seems to be spreading: I am now experiencing permanent load screens when I try to load a character.

I've tried several different characters, and it's true for all of them.
