What is going on? I'm getting an insane amount of "unusually long" load time screens in this game lately, even when travelling to player housing.

    Yeah this is absolutely nuts, especially after having JUST dropped money on crown crates.. Can't even load into my character this morning. Some communication would be nice.

    Yep. Same here. Many permanent load screens entering home and loading characters. unmodified PS4 NA server.

    I would have to build new characters to test the EU server. That's an unacceptable solution.

    I am on an unmodified PS4 NA server. I've restarted numerous times and cleared saved data.

    Please suggest a feasible fix.

    I've been experiencing the same thing on PS4 NA. Attempting to load into the Psijic Vault from Artaeum Beach and attempting to load into the Forsaken Stronghold from previewing the Psijic Grand Villa resulting in loading screens until my connection timed out yesterday.

    I'm having issues too, the problem seems to be when loading into any of my houses. I'm met with an infinite load screen and have to quit and reload in order toget out of the load screen. I'm on ps4, na server.

    I’ve had the same issue on the PS4 NA server. But I’m having difficultly loading into solo story dungeons. Trying to get through AD alliance story quests in Grahtwood. Last night it was the Aquifer in Havan and today it’s the Cathedral of the Golden Path in Southpoint. Infinite loading screens until timed out.

    I am having the same issues,ps4 na, 10 minute plus load screens and timeouts accessing any of my homes,or loading any characters which are already in an existing home

    PS4 (standard not pro) NA here as well. Mostly happens when travelling to any of my homes but am also getting "unusually long load times" when fast travelling to overworld locations as well.

    PS4 na, it only started since 7th oct PS4 na maintenance.
    Bg also permanently stuck in forming status, never been able to get in any bg.
    It’s completely broken.
    Dungeons when queued in stuck in infinite loading screen for everyone.
    House porting also gets infinite loading screen.

    This has been going on for 2 days, we can’t enjoy the game if it’s broken like this.
    I hope ZOS would at least be awaren of the issue and know it has been seriously broken.

    PS4 - NA, standard PS4, wired to modem/router, 400 mbit connection with xfinity. Speed tests from the ps4 are consistently 360+ mbit.

    Both yesterday and today I tried each of the following, with the results listed:
    • Logging in multiple characters per day - no issues
    • Traveling between zones - no issues
    • Traveling to a house I own - 2 out of 3 times no issue, once it took about 5 min to zone in
    • Entering a delve - no issues
    • Entering an instanced part of a quest - both times took about 5 min to zone in. Returning to whatever zone was no issue afterwards
    • Traveling to a dungeon - took about 5 min to zone in. I didn't mess with activity finder, just tried traveling directly into a dungeon

    Seems to me the issues revolve around instanced things...

    I’m having all of the above mentioned issues stated in this thread. Many of my guild mates can’t even get past the character login screen. All issues started after October 7th server maintenance.

    PS4 NA it started when the Murkmire prelude quest went live. Getting in and out of Shadowfen became a nightmare. 4+ minutes of load screens and then getting kicked for "inactivity". I finally gave up on the quests and went to Cyrodiil where I welcomed the 150 short load screens.

    My issues have been on NA server for the past two days.

    I've gotten booted from the server and wasn't able to log back in. I've have problems queuing for dungeons and battlegrounds. I queue for battlegrounds and it says forming group and never does. All of this plus the long load times.

    Just hoping for some resolution.

    Try the EU server? I'm in NA, using NA, and you suggest I add 7000 miles to my load time?
    Try suggesting a test that does not involve longer distance or wiping my local preferences file, please.
    People are leaving this game for preteen MMOs. We want to play what we paid to play, please.

    Can we get some sort of acknowledgment of a fix coming please? Ffs... this is something the game should have been taken down and fixed for because that's how unplayable it has made certain aspects of it.

    I've been getting the same on PS4 NA for the last couple of days. Some times load screens are normal, other times they last several minutes and I have to kill the application. I've gotten this from entering delves, quest instances, and quick travelling to another zone, but it doesn't happen every time in any situation.

    I've also had a few long (~1 minute), but not infinite load screens when entering or leaving the Enchanting/Jewelry house in Mounhold, which normally has no load screen. I do crafting writs in Mournhold on 5 toons a day, so this one is odd, as some times a toon will get it when entering, sometimes when leaving, sometimes both, or sometimes neither.

    I cannot load into one of my characters in Vivec city. As soon as it loads in, the game crashes two seconds later. Can't port out, can't move, has basically deleted my character until something is fixed.

    It’s not just infinite loading screens and crashes from out of no where and insane lag, the 7th October maintenance also comes with all sorts of ui bugs, it blocked half the screen. I recall these bugs and crashes from last year, I guess ZOS reverted it back to last year status for the uhd and along with all the bugs in the past.

    Hopefully the maintenance fixed something! I wasn't able to play for more than 10 minutes in the past few days and it has been super disappointing.
