Why can’t I log in? Loading character screen

I haven’t been able to log in for over a week. Every time I try to log in on my main character, I get stuck on the “loading character” screen. All my other players were usable and playable but not my main. I sent a ticket to ESO and immediately after, I tried to log into the game again on my main character. To my surprise, it worked. I was able to load into the game. I tried to travel to Artauem and my game immediately crashed and then I wasn’t able to log in once again. But not only could my main character not log in, the rest of my characters couldn’t log in anymore either.
Everyone suggested to delete my data. I did. Didn’t work. Decided to uninstall my game and reinstall it. I waited 8 hours for the game to reinstall. Clicked on the app to start it up and received an error basically saying that my disc was screwed up. I pulled it out and noticed it had a huge scratch. So I went to the store, purchased a new disc, put the disc in, and I’m still receiving the loading error. I don’t know what to do anymore. I can play all other games completely fine. Someone please help.
