PC EU PvP guild's where are you?

There's so less traffic about PvP guild recruiting on this forum, zonechat and Reddit compared to NA in general. No EP, AD or DC only PvP guilds out there? Only hardcore guilds who aren't interested in catching newcomers? Or is everyone playing solo or 'just small-scale'ing with some buddies'?

    There are several pvp guilds recruiting in the guild section, since guild advertisement belongs into there. Especially in the german forum I know at least 5 guilds recruiting.

    NA - 6,7k vs EU - 1,7k EN + 1,3k GER + 439 FR


    Ranked by most represented I would say:

    1. Trading Guild's
    2. PvE trail Guild's
    3. PvX social Guild's
    4. PvP Guild's

    Why would anyone want to make a guild? To lag out on a daily basis in cyro? No thanks

    Maybe because PvP is probably the content with the fewest players playing on a daily basis in it. Also lots of PvP guilds recruit ingame instead of forum advertising. Also having a guild website or forum with advertisement is possible.

    Being a PvP guild doesn't mean you have to raid with 12+ members in ballgrps.

    But yes, I know some militant guild's where this is the only mantra they follow. Could be a reason why being in a guild is in a bad spot for some people.

    I'm German and I know some of them. Their populations are low, especially beside primetime. It's sad but it's nearly impossible to build up a PvP guild including only one language/nation these days.

    This is obvious. And no, there is very low activity on PvP (excluding PvX) guild recruiting on every way. I've been recruiting for months now via forum EN / GER, reddit, zonechat, after BGs, leading PUG raids, forming smallscale grps in IC, etc. and I have not really discovered any other recruiting. Well maybe it's a DC thing.

    Most guilds play on Sotha these days due to the lag on Vivec. DC is rather under represented there though.

    What's the actual point in Cyrodiil? No one cares. Endless farming or Attacking a keep for literally no reason.

    i have a PC EU german/EN pvp guild for small scale, we also do pve content together and are not restricted to a certain alliance

    Well, I lead Wabbajack... been here forever and Pact loyal. We don't really struggle for numbers that much but it's noticeable that PvP is dying. It's still fun sometimes, we have some great fights but the lags and zergs can spoil an evening.

    I heard today that Unfriendly Fire are disbanding which is a shame as I saw them as our noble enemy but I think it's an indicator of where PvP is heading.

    Veteran's quiting a game is ok and normal. PvP dies when nobody is there to catch up newbie's.

    i dont have fun anymore with this unplayable Lag fest in Cyrodiil. But it looks like so many ppl dont care about this in 2018. GL all

    Can't blame the lag anymore, in crowded fights I have >20 fps and <200 latency. Of course health desync and invisible is still a problem but made by animation cancel.

    In general, EU is a very competitive server. Especially on DC side, a lot of angry inflated egos. It's sometimes hard to find a guild to play with there. BUT: There are guilds recruiting in zone-chat and such. There's also people you could reach out to directly and ask. I'm not sure what kind of guild you're after... But DC side is probably the only faction that doesn't have one or more dedicated LFG-group leads with a guild. At least they're not as obvious.

    You could try to write in zone chat. What kind of Pvp guild you're looking for and what you want. Maybe someone will reach out.

    I formed my own guild with a handful of people few months ago. Now we have over 30 members.

    IMO PC EU DC lack's communication and people who take initiative. Well maybe in primetime but I rarely play between 6 and 9 pm, so I don't know.

    A reason for this could be the language barrier. I know some german and french guilds but they avoid to speak english. That wasn't a problem with the population 4 years ago but now it hurts the community.

    Another thing is that ZOS failed the guild system in ESO. Functionally the only reason to be in a guild are guild traders. PvEers got ladder boards. But what about PvP? Guild's in ESO are more like an advanced buddy list. Where are the modes, ranks, achievements and events especially to promote guildplay?

    That would be so cool if they ever make something similar like this. Would be an incentive to play PvP, not solo - cause solo is dead - but in a group. Group PvP is so much more enjoyable.

    we have daylie events, night long TS sessions and build talks, pretty much we do it in any otehr game out there

    That crap completely triggers me

    You decide to engage in what you see as potentially a fairly even 3-way and it instantly turns into a 2:1 numbers disadvantage as the 2 factions gang up on you - then go back to stroking their ego's waiting for the next poor sap to make the same mistake.

    Its like one guy baiting a soloer with his 3 mates in stealth - but worse! Far, far worse.

    I'd report that crap if I thought it would make any difference.
