Insanely long Loading Screens for Delves in Cyrodiil

The titel basically says it all.
When enterin Delves in Cyrodiil the loading screens often exceed 10mins. This is jsut absurd.
I hope this is a bug. And if not, please ZOS change this. Nobody enjoys spending 1/6 to 1/3 of an hour in a loading screen ... every hour (if you are using the AP buff).
Also while you are at it, having the bosses only spawn when somebody enters the delve and having that spawn on a ridiculously long delayed timer (seems to be 5min to 10min) makes these delves even more horrid. Nobody enjoys clearing the cave 5 times over before the bosses even spawn. That goes for both the people that are in there for the AP buff and those that are in there for the achievements.
