Curious about guilds for newish players

I have just gotten back into the game because a friend of mine bought during the steam sale. I am curious if there is guilds that new people can join and get decent training gear early so we can get going faster with more skills. I imagine that by 4 years time there is a lot more guilds with good crafters that have all the traits of certain types of crafting unlocked by now.

Basically, is there a guild that can help out new players by offering crafted sets with training on it early and then make sets for players later.
