Can a mod please close this?

It's just bullies here now, the kind informative people provided me with answers and the thread can be closed, it's just really sad I had to go through so much abuse after those answers were provided by topic derailers. This thread can be closed!

I think you should only take/steal items if you're sneaking. Which I was not.

Is there a mod that prevents me from stealing accidentally? I don't like this!

It would be a perfect training grounds for various things, that and also an area people can go to for doing crafting dailies and easy (safe) turn in area.

I have it happen to me as well, just by clicking to quick. Mostly when I'm turning in crafting dailies. Just open and closing those boxes and rotating around and you just quick click an item and boom you stole something.

I agree with OP you should only be able to steal when sneaking or even have an option to turn it off just like turning off the ability to attack NPCs.

Welcome to the forums! It’s just like the game....sometimes you find a helpful NPC, sometimes there is a troll around the corner. You just have to ignore the trolls (or become one). Overall the community is pretty good. Different people have different senses of humor. Most of the time, if you just ignore the trolls, they move on.
