As a serious alt-a-holic i would like to know if there is an add on out there that can grab my stats/ gear/craft levels/skill/ .. and puts them into a form i can print out ? if not is it possible to do so?

Not really... in the sense that it would either be a window in-game to screenshot and print, or it would require a third party application to take the saved data from the addon and format it for printing.
There is no way to directly access anything outside the game from an addon, so printing directly would be impossible.0 -
