Khajit honorifics

Hello everyone i was thinking of making a khajit and was wondering when you use the suffix or surname is it before or after the name? For example lets say i name my character alex would it be dro'alex or alex-dro?

There is a book near the banker, at Kenarthi's Roost, which explains that and how to put titles. Both form are correct IIRC.
