Desynchronization occuring

My self and a few others on PS4 EU are getting an issue where when lots of data is going back n forth from us to the server we get a desynch
First the names of people talking on screen get frozen on screen and no communication can be made
Then it gets weird ... Keeps will have holes in we can walk through while other see it whole and have to seige
The map updates are also out of synch
We can be turning up to keep takes that have ended but are still in full flow depending on if your growing map or the keep it's self
