Game Consultant Frozen?

I'm trying to make a support ticket but it requires a game consultant file. I follow the instructions to make one and click run tests.... and it sits there doing nothing with a 10% completed bar. Waited for it over night.... nothing. So now I can't create a ticket so I can't do support for the thing I need fixed. :(
