[BUG] Battlegrounds weekly leader board Rewards not receive

hello
i played Battlegrounds with 3 friend and we all 4 walked in the same BUG
All 4 us played BG on 2 characters every one of us got in the weekly leader boards of team death match, flag games, land grab with our 2 characters
but when we logged in on the second character that was in leader boards off all three game modes but no body got there gold weekly rewards from the leader boards
only the First character got his reward but. the second one got noting
please Zenimax Fix this BUG REGARDS xReName
