Trade consortium in Vulkhel Guard not showing ? Daily writs?

So I know you need to do the certification before you can do daily writs. I’m still new to the game and I’m trying to level up crafting. I want to start doing daily writs and for dominion alliance I see you have to go to trade consortium post in Vulkhel Guard but when I go there the quest giver is not in the location ? Do I have to find writ boards to begin the daily writ or how do I go about starting them ?

If I remember rightly, the Trade Consortium is the drop-off point, rather than the quest collection point. Writ boards are indeed where you go to collect the writ dailies, and they should be near the crafting areas in each zone's main city. In order to start the writs though, you must get certified in each of the crafts - if you have not yet been certified, the writ boards will give you the certification quest. Once you've done one certification, go to the Mages Guild and Fighters Guild to find Danel Telleno and Millenith to complete the others. Each certification you complete unlocks the writs for that profession on the writ boards.
