addons like Combat Metrics in Cloudrest

Hello people,
Does anyone else share my experience that your addon gives really short fight durations? When I look at my parse after a fight in Cloudrest on main boss, it gives a duration of maybe 3 minutes. It's like a new fight starts whenever the boss ports somewhere. I use the addon Bandits Interface, do people have better experience in there with for example Combat Metrics?
