Green upgrade mat drops from deconstructing Jewlery seem very low......

My drop rate from deconstructing green jewelry is 18% from 898 rings/Necks. Deconstructing blues has resulted in 23% from 1288 rings necks. Am I alone in this? It means when upgrading I run out of greens very quickly but have plenty of blues and my drop rates with purples is ok.
I am fully maxxed out in JC with all points into recovering mats.
I am buying green bars instead of the rarer drops. Probably working as intended.
