Can Dreadhorn motifs drop in Normal Falkreath Hold?

Curious if I can speedrun on Normal for a chance (regardless if vet gives better chance). Can't find a group to consistently beat it.

Also curious if all DLC dungeons can drop their motifs on normal.

Yes they can but the drop rate is low compared to veteran and hard mode.
