so i just heard snatches of rumors that cp160 rings take 1.1k platinum to craft is this actually the deal? also i am wondering what the cp 150 mat cost is as most crafts boost between cp150 and cp160..anyone have answers?

nope... they take about 150ish mats to craft level cp160 jewellery. Basically 10x the amount needed to craft cp150.

Might take you 1.1k platinumum to get enough gold mats to make half a Chromium plate though, and you need 8 of that plates to upgrade to gold jewellery.

Thanks for the confirm appreciate it...and really why did they decide on refined upgrades the least they could do is make a gentle intro with jewelry then push the system to the rest of the crafts with higher reqs.

I like the idea generally but, it seems like they just applied the same formula to refinement mats as regular mats without even thinking about the general rarity of refines over general mats.
