Learned Styles not available to other characters in Outfit System

My main character knows a lot of motif styles but I can't seem to make them available in the outfit system on my other characters like how it's suppose to function. Anyone know why? Cheers.

I had yesterday same issue. Relogging solved it, seems to be kind of glitch.
