Can’t play ESO after installing Summerset. Getting UI error after selecting character

Once my character loads, I am getting a UI error. It takes a few minutes to scroll through all the error statements in the window when pressing A. Once windownis gone, I cannot move my character, open menu and anything. Only think I can do is quit the game from my Xbox menu. I have tried deleting saved data, I have no updates available, everything just finished updating. I have restarted my Xbox, and have done two hard resets. When I log back on to select my character, there is still the pop up window stating UI Error. I can’t move my character or do anything.

ESO is unplayable and I am not sure what to do.

Anybody at having this issue? Or can anyone from ZoS comment on this? It’s quite frustrating. Uninstalled the game completely and reinstalling today.

Please let us know if re-installing ESO helps resolve the UI errors you are receiving. If they don't, the next thing you can do is contact customer support so they can look into this issue.

@ZOS_BillE FYI, for Xbox, uninstalling the game and it’s expansions, and reinstalling them worked. I am able to get on and play. Only thing is, I did not get the Nightmare Senche not the Queen’s bounty pack. I bought through Best Buy and they did not send any separate code in another email. The only code I received was for the bonus co tent you get with the physical collectors edition, but I did not get the pre-release items that were described.

Have you contacted Best Buy yet about not getting the Nightmare Senche and Queen’s Bounty?

If Best Buy is unable to provide a code for these, you should go ahead and start a ticket with our support team who can help out.

I had called and spoke with someone, who had said the code should have come with my game in the mail. They weren't much help. However, I was able to chat online with a Best Buy representative this morning, as I am at work right now, and they looked into my order and said they have forwarded my issue with their Digital Downloads Team and said they should be able to send me a code for the pre-order bonus items. So hopefully this works.
