Slayer of Sloads, a PVP build for Summerset

Malacthulhu✭✭✭✭I am on console and tested out sloads did not feel it was that good, am i missing something?
I have had it stacked on me and that is pretty much a no win situation (for me), overall I feel like there are way more annoying things in pvp then this set.
I am also not good at pvp but, I do enjoy it, so my knowledge base is not very strong.Xbox One Na0
