...because it has a flipping ZOO!! A ZOO - where all the animals have escaped, run amok and killed everyone, which is my FAVOURITE KIND OF ZOO! Hooray! I haven't done the quests there yet but I'm looking forward to it.
That and the greenhouses. Except they kind of make me want to go and play The Sims 3, but I'll resist the urge for now.
