I have solved the sload semblance Problem

Make the set do a dot of oblivion damage based on a % the player max resistance.

solves the problem of it being used in combo with shield breaker, still lets the dot still do its thing to prevent clock but is more balanced with the nightblades because they have low resist and can be used to help with the problem of heavy armor perma block tanks

Still doesn’t solve the issue that unavoidable damage should be a PvE only mechanic.

Im also on the side of remove oblivion damage from the game but assuming their not going to do that this is the next best thing

Oblivion damage sounds like large poster paper being wiggled.
